In-Person October 2023 Steering Committee Meeting
We are grateful that we will be able to hold our first in-person Steering Committee meeting in three years. The meeting will take place at Pendle Hill, a Quaker study, retreat, and conference center located in Wallingford, Pennsylvania.
Participants can begin arriving at Pendle Hill on Thursday, October 19th at 1 pm and we will begin our general meeting at 4 pm. We will meet all day on Friday and Saturday and will conclude after lunch on Sunday, October 22nd.
We gather to conduct business and plan for our future work, to meet Friends and enjoy fellowship with each other, and to share our stories and what is important to us. We invite friends from near and far to join our meeting. All Steering Committee members are encouraged to attend -- we welcome visitors for any or all of our sessions (an agenda will be posted soon).

All fees are Pay as Led. We have listed suggested amounts indicating what our costs are to offer overnight stays and food.
Important note: We recommend registering by September 5 to guarantee a room.
