Online Meeting for Worship with Attention to True Climate Stewardship

The Earth Quaker Action Team is meeting for worship outside of the Vanguard headquarters in Malvern, PA on November 15th. 

Vanguard continues to be the world’s number one investor in fossil fuels, with about $269 billion invested in fossil fuel companies and over $180 billion invested in fossil fuel expansion alone. It has also decreased support for environmental and social justice action at the companies in which it invests, and defended leaving its largest climate commitment. Quakers, other people of faith, and those committed to true climate stewardship are coming together – both virtually and in person at Vanguard’s headquarters in Pennsylvania – for a worshipful action.
