QEW Fall Gathering 2025 (In Person)
We are grateful that we will be able to hold our gathering at Powell House in Old Chatham, New York this year.
Participants can begin arriving on Thursday, October 16th at 1pm and we will begin programming at 4pm. We will conclude after lunch on Sunday, October 19th.
All Steering Committee members are encouraged to attend at least the beginning of our gathering, and we welcome visitors for any and all of our weekend together.
Important note: We recommend registering by September 1 to guarantee a room.
If you are registering after that date, you need to receive a double confirmation as follows: As soon as you fill out the registration form you will receive an automatic reply - this does not guarantee space, just that we received your request. You will receive a follow-up email if we have a room for you.
