QEW Steering Committee meeting, April 23-26 2015

Quaker Earthcare Witness has two face-to-face Steering Committee Meetings each year. All Friends are welcome.

Please register by March 22 to guarantee housing. Registration after March 22 is subject to space availability - please register and wait for QEW to contact you to confirm.

 

Our Steering Committee meets to conduct QEW business and plan for QEW's future work; meet Friends and enjoy fellowship with each other; share our stories and what is important to us. Participants can begin arriving at the Ann Arbor Meetinghouse at 11:30 am on Thursday, April 23. We will have a brown bag lunch (bring your own) and Continuing Counsel Meeting at noon-1PM, and committee/working group sessions starting at 1 PM. The Steering Committee sessions will end with 11 am worship and a potluck lunch with Ann Arbor Friends on Sunday, April 26. All Steering Committee members are encouraged to attend -- we welcome visitors for any or all of our sessions (an agenda will be posted soon).
